The application form duly filled must be registered at the College Office within the date announced for registration on the College Notice Board. A list of provisionally selected applicants will be displayed on the College Notice Board. This is not an admission list nor does it entitle one to admission. Provisionally selected students shall present themselves for Interview along with their Parents. Admissions are made by the Principal and the Admission Committee, after the Personal Interview. Students attending for the Interview should bring with them the following Original Certificates.  


  • Leaving Certificates or Transfer Certificate (TC) from the college last attended. 
  • Migration Certificate and Eligibility Certificate in case of students who have passed any examination other than Karnataka Pre-University Board Examination.  
  • Caste certificate for SC/ST, Backward Class and Special Group, if they are seeking admission on Reserved Quota and for Government Scholarship.  
  • Non-Karnataka and CBSE / ICSE Students should pay the Eligibility Fees of Rs. 1000/- to the University apart from the fees paid to the College.  
  • Certificate from the Parish Priest has to be produced, if Catholics.  
  • Additional Documents in case of Foreigners; like Valid Student VISA, AIDS Test clearance certificate, Passport Copy and Residential Permit.  

NOTE: If there are any requirements, the same will be mentioned on the College Notice Board. 


  1. Selected Candidates will be admitted in the order in which they pay their fees. 
  2. Those who do not pay their fees within the stipulated time will be assumed to have cancelled the admission. 
  3. Fees once paid will not be refunded. 
  4. Original Certificates submitted at the time of the admission will not be returned unless the student wishes to withdraw from the College. 
  5. Admission obtained by false representation will be cancelled with the forfeiture of fees.
  6. All admissions are provisional until they are approved by the Bangalore University.
  7. Students who seek admission for B.C.A Course should take up a qualifying Examination.


M.Com.:A candidate who has passed the B.Com/B.B.M/ BBS and BBA Degree examination of Bangalore University or of any other University recognized as equivalent thereto and has secured not less than 50% of the marks in the aggregate in all the Commerce subjects of Business Education in all the years (Examinations of the B.Com/BBM course) shall be eligible for admission to the course. In the case of SC/ST students and blind students the minimum percentage of marks required shall be less by 5% . 

M.A.:Candidates who have passed their undergraduation in any discipline (10+2+3) with any optional subjects are eligible for the Course.

B. Com, B.B.M, B.A.:Candidates who have passed the Pre University Examination (10+2 / Intermediate / Class 12th) with any optional subjects are eligible for the Course. 

B.C.A.:Any student has passed Pre-University Certificate (PUC) II Science, Arts or commerce securing a minimum of 40% of marks (OR) any student who has passed JODC or Diploma in engineering (of 3 year duration from Government of Karnataka) with minimum of 35% of marks in aggregate in all semesters / years. 

B.Sc (Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science): Any student who has passed Pre-University Certificate (PUC) II Science and secured a minimum of 35% of marks. Students who have taken Mathematics in Pre - University Examination (+2 / Intermediate / Class 12th) only are eligible. 

B.Sc (Rehabilitation Science, psychology, Sociology): Any student who has passed Pre-University Certificate (PUC) II science, Arts or Commerce securing a minimum of 35% of marks.
